St. Francis Counsellor Training Institute (SFCTI) is a faith-inspired institution dedicated to nurturing compassionate counsellors, educators, and community workers. Counseling Department
The Counselling Department at SFCTI is dedicated to nurturing compassionate, skilled counsellors who promote healing, dignity, and emotional wellbeing. Rooted in the Institute's values of love, service, and human development, the department trains students to support individuals, families, schools, and organisations with professional competence.
Education Department
The Education Department develops teachers who combine professional teaching skills with a strong counselling foundation. The department emphasizes child-centred learning, emotional development, gender sensitivity, and liberation-based teaching philosophies.
